What is included in coaching?
Both plans include personalized workouts, nutrition guidance, macro targets, and regular check-ins. Premium adds weekly check-ins, priority messaging, detailed meal plans with recipes, supplement guidance, and a discount on FuelPlate meals when they launch.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. When you receive an invoice by email, there will be a link to manage your subscription.
Do you work with beginners?
Yes. Whether you've never set foot in a gym or you've been training for years, coaching is personalized to your current level. Beginners often see the fastest progress because everything is new stimulus.
Can you work with my dietary preferences?
Absolutely. We build nutrition plans around the food you actually enjoy β€” including desi/South Asian cuisine, vegetarian, halal, or any other preference. The goal is a plan you'll stick with, not one that makes you miserable.
What if I have a medical condition?
FuelPlate coaching is designed for generally healthy adults. If you have a medical condition, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting. We can work alongside your medical team but we are not a substitute for medical advice.
